Greek holiday memories
More than two weeks have now passed since returning from holidays in Crete and I still dream of being there ...
but I'll be back soon!
In the meantime, I console myself by putting on the table something that brings me back, with flavors and colors, to those splendid places and to the friendliness and friendship of those who live there.
And I take advantage of having a young guest from Italy who does not know this cuisine as a guest at home, to propose some of my favorite snacks!

So the other night I took the opportunity to bake some goodies tiropitakia (τυροπιτάκια)
Which I brought to the table ...
... accompanied by dello tzatziki (τζατζίκι)
and a colorful Greek cream of red beets, the pantzarosalata (παντζαροσαλάτα).
I must say that everything was very much appreciated!
