Every time someone writes to complain to me that my website is missing a section for vegetarian recipes ...
this is not so, in fact!
To be the recipes are there but, given my proverbial laziness, I never cared to sort and classify.
I decided to remedy proposing a list, updated from time to time, of all the preparations that do not require meat or fish.
Clearly it is not about recipes Vegan, Then you will often find milk and dairy products, eggs and, why not, honey!

Desserts:
It is very difficult in my kitchen to prepare sweets with lard ... - and if anything asked for it, even if only for frying, I will indicate it carefully - Why do not I take the list of sweets and dessert!

There are some sweets that just did not go my fancy;
the typical dove belongs to that category (like panettone, after all).
But I still wanted to propose a dove for the Easter days and I settled with a shameless ploy...
I have used, with a few small changes, the same dough that I use to braid butter (the classic Butterzopf) Making it slightly sweet and aromatic.

Peperonata: summer baked pan of peppers, onions & tomatoes
Peperonata is one of my passions and I put it on the table in every season.
I have mine recipe, tested ( and, too), that I've been always preparing.
And I have a version, more summery and crispy, that I reserve for summer: baked in the oven
With peppers of every color and only a small onion despite my usual generosity with onions.
Vegetarian recipes: let's talk!
Some say that in my pages I don't dedicate enough space to vegetarian cuisine ...
In reality this is not the case; and there are many recipes.
It happens that sometimes some of the traditional recipes and decidedly vegetarian (or even vegan, as pasta and beans) are not also reported in vegetarian recipes as well as in general ones!
However, I believe I have recovered almost all of them and, for safety, I will make sure to recall some of them in the next few days.

Vegetarian couscous, on vacation
Even on vacation, as a guest of a friend, I don't stop cooking; although I try to do some skiing since I'm in the mountains.
The friend who hosts me is a vegetarian, so every day I try to put on the table a specialty without meat or fish.
Today I brought a couscous of legumes and vegetables.
